Classes

Ballerinas Stretching

                             First Steps & Creative Movement                               

Ages 3-4.  No previous training. 
 
     Pre-Primary Ballet      
Ages 4-5.  Basic ballet steps and creative movement.  



​Primary Ballet
Ages 6-7. Basic ballet technique with little or no prior training.



Grade 1 - 8 Ballet

Grade 1 to Grade 8 incorporates ballet, free movement, and character, and is suitable for candidates from seven years (Grades 1–5) and eleven years

(Grades 6–8).

Vocational Graded Ballet

Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 2, develops the technique, music and performance skills of the older ballet student to an advanced level.  Pointe shoes are introduced at these levels.

Leaping Dancer

​Adult/Teen Beginner Ballet & Jazz/Modern
Age 14 and up, no experience necessary.  Learn the foundations of each style in a syllabus free setting. 
 

Fusion

Ages 7 - 12.  A fun and free introduction to modern, jazz and hip hop styles.

Pointe Stretch & Tone

Hone your pointe technique, while strengthening and lengthening your muscles.

Pilates

A method of controlled movements, which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Yoga

Offering many styles and techniques for all levels.
